Joseph D. Brophy, MBA, CPA, ABV, CVA, CM&AA is a shareholder in Joseph D. Brophy, CPA, P.C., a professional corporation. Joe has experience as a CPA advisor to clients buying and selling companies and as a business owner. Joe graduated from the University of North Texas in 1970 with a BBA degree and in 1971 received an MBA degree. Since graduating Joe has served as an officer in both public and private companies before establishing Joseph D. Brophy, CPA, P.C. in 1985 to concentrate on tax issues and business advisory services.
Joe is a member of the
Texas Society of CPAs,
The American Institute of CPAs, the
National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, the
Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors, the
Dallas Estate Planning Council,
and has served on the board of for profit and non-profit corporations. Joe will be Chairman of the Relations with IRS Committee of the
